Who are we?
We are the University of Gloucestershire Rowing Club. We’ve been running as a sports society since 2012 and welcome students from the uni with and without rowing experience to join us. We base each session on the capability of each student and aim to provide a platform for all to reach their full potential, whether they plan to row competitively or recreationally.
Where are we based?
We row on the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal alongside the River Severn. We use the new boathouse, as owned by Gloucester Rowing Club, and make the most of their boats and facilities in our training sessions.
How can you join?
Contact us via our contact form, our social media accounts (which you can access via our contact page on the website), visit us in person during the Freshers Fayre on the 18th of September 2019 or any of our fundraisers. We love to welcome new members to our club!
