Training

A variety of training sessions are run every day of the week, sometimes twice a day, and are tailored to suit all abilities. Whether you want to row to relax, get fit or reach a high level of competition, we have a comprehensive range of sessions to offer. Although we work hard at training, it is always fun with a great family atmosphere.


Water training is run several times throughout the week, up to 8 times, catering for all timetables. Indoor rowing exercises every muscle in the body and is a great way to stay fit and try something new! We’ll teach you correct technique to help you get the most out of your training.

Alongside rowing training, we do various other sessions to improve our stamina and strength. Our strength and conditioning sessions are a great way to improve your power in the boat, and paired with yoga sessions for recovery, you’ll be strong and healthy member of the team.
